Accident Photos - The effect in the investigation
If you are in a vehicle accident, one of the best things you can do it to take some accident photos. Good accident photos will be critical to winning your case. In most cases, you can display the lay out of the vehicles after the wreck. This way no one can be changing their story after the vehicles have been moved.
Being able to set up the scene in a picture will impact your claim in case of a dispute. Most insurance disputes end up in from of an arbitrator. Arbitrators will look closely at the pictures you or your adjuster provides. The problem is that in most cases the insurance adjuster never acquires accident photos or photos of the scene.
This is why it is critical for you to obtain the accident photos at the scene. IF this is not viable, then obtain accident photos of the streets showing the layout of the accident, the visibility factors, and any sign showing speed limits, stop and/or yield signs.
