What was your claim experience?
Did the insurance company screw you? Did they take advantage of the situation? Did they short change you when you needed a rental car? Did they offer a ridicules low amount to settle the claim?
We have release our first blog allowing you to post comments and give us the real consumer report about insurance companies. WE all have seen the 99% consumer satisfaction reports, but is it real? We doubt that it is given the amount of emails we receive. Here, you can post, answer, upload a picture and more. Trust me, once we have enough posting the insurance companies will notice!
We want to know if they were nice, or average. Many times (actually most of the time) we buy insurance because it ’s cheap, but we do not look at either the ratings nor their reputation. Here we will be able to have an accurate account of what happened and how it happened!
We want to be fair, so it is critical that you tell us if your insurance company was good to you. Did they pay on time? Did they hassle you around? Telling others can help us make a decision of with who should we insure our cars!
